A native from Buffalo, NY, Chef Carmello LoCurto served in the US Army for 20 years. He served over 1000 soldiers a day throughout his military career.
Chef Carmello was one of a few selected (out of 300 chefs) to compete in Culinary Circuit Competitions across the US and Europe. He gained awards & recognition for both his cooking and baking talents!
Forum Cafe Catering is managed by his wife Olivia "Oli" LoCurto.
